




**Job Requirements:** We are seeking a **Retail Construction Coordinator** to oversee and supervise the successful execution of operational activities for the assigned project—from initiation through to closure—ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance with established on-site controls. * **Statutory benefits** * **Base salary** * **Monday to Saturday work schedule** * **Ongoing training** **Education:** * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. **Experience:** Over 4 years in this role. **Competencies:** Project management, leadership, analysis and evaluation, time management, flexibility, planning, problem solving, teamwork, effective communication, proficiency with technological tools, organization, interpersonal skills, stress management, results orientation. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * Risk Analysis: Ability to identify, assess, and manage potential project risks. * Experience in industrial construction * Experience in commercial construction * Experience in urban development * Coordination of construction projects exceeding 20 million MXN * Simultaneous coordination of multiple construction projects * Intermediate Office proficiency—primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Project administration * Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and understand the project from its planning phase, blueprints, and budget. * Coordinate and supervise all project phases—from initiation through to closure. * Review and coordinate timely submission of progress reports, estimates, and change orders. * Develop activity execution schedules aligned with client requirements. * Collaborate in project planning. * Monitor project progress and report any deviations to management. * Consolidate project reports and controls for presentation during progress meetings. * Track estimates and change orders on a weekly basis, including client validation and invoicing. * Ensure material requisitions are made proactively and according to plan. * Monitor project schedules. * Maintain records and control of all project changes. * Monitor expenditures to remain within budget. * Manage operational and administrative project closeout. * Supervise implementation of on-site material controls. * Ensure proper storage of all project-related documentation, records, and data for future reference and audits (SharePoint and DiskStation). * Ensure work quality by reviewing reports submitted by site supervisors and conducting site visits to verify quality standards. * Validate payment requests from contractors and suppliers.
