




Supervise overall store operations across all areas, serving as a role model for your team. Provide necessary direction and feedback to employees under your supervision to coordinate proper execution of store operational processes, foster an optimal work environment, and deliver excellent service to our customers. * Authorize returns for both damaged and undamaged merchandise resulting from defective items, incorrect employee recommendations, or catalog errors—always placing the customer first and guaranteeing their full satisfaction. * Ensure all parts and products are located in their assigned positions within the store and that physical inventory matches system records, executing flawless weekly inventory maintenance tasks. * Supervise store operational activities by setting an example and ensuring employees provide customer guidance while utilizing all tools provided by AutoZone—including the electronic catalog and testing/diagnostic equipment—to deliver reliable advice and genuine solutions to our customers’ needs, thereby also helping prevent merchandise returns through this practice. * Identify subordinates’ strengths and areas for improvement to assign appropriate tasks, recognize strong performance, and provide feedback when improvement or training opportunities are detected. * Supervise daily adherence by all employees to scheduled work hours and AutoZone’s dress code; ensure respectful, courteous, and professional interactions among team members and with our customers, consistently applying AutoZone’s guidelines and values. * Review and analyze the Profit & Loss (P\&L) report during each reporting period to identify opportunities for expense control and contribute to improvements by promoting a culture of cost-consciousness across all controllable consumables within the team. * Assign and follow up on tasks for area supervisors—including planogram setup, merchandise placement, warehouse cleaning, restroom and cafeteria maintenance, sales floor upkeep, and parking lot care—as well as reviewing daily cash counts for the main register, performing cash sweeps, and conducting cashier closings for staff under your supervision, all in accordance with AutoZone-provided procedures. * Supervise and ensure employees wear AutoZone-provided safety equipment—including belts, gloves, aprons, and goggles—when handling merchandise, performing vehicle tests, or using in-store test stations, thereby helping prevent workplace accidents and ensuring a safe environment for our employees. * High school diploma * One to two years of experience as a supervisor in retail, warehouse, or store environments * Flexible availability for work schedule AutoZone México is the leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
