Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to prepare and review construction plans, conduct topographic surveys, and support public works bidding processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of plans for new construction projects and infrastructure repair. 2. Review of external projects and proposal of modifications. 3. Conducting topographic and bathymetric surveys. **Job Requirements** Experience: 1 year in the same or similar position Bachelor's Degree in Architecture **Job Duties** * Prepare required plans to support the execution of new construction projects or repair of existing infrastructure. * Review projects prepared by third parties to verify compliance with specified requirements and, where necessary, propose appropriate modifications. * Conduct required topographic, bathymetric, and/or topohydrographic surveys to support calculations and volume assessments for areas where construction work will be carried out. * Maintain up-to-date physical and electronic project logs to track project progress and compliance. * Maintain records and control of plans to ensure their availability and integrity. * Support preparation of documentation required for public works bidding and tender processes, as well as related services. * Compile individual project files to ensure proper safeguarding and availability of project documentation.
