We are currently seeking talent and invite you to join our team; we are looking for a: ***FIELD TRAINER*** ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Responsible for delivering on-site induction courses for new employees * Conduct analysis of the training process * Identify training needs in services (DNC) * Implement training programs at service locations * Conduct assessments to identify training needs * Perform tasks and duties of similar nature and scope for the assigned area * Document all evidence of continuous training and ensure its proper filing * Develop local training programs ***Requirements:*** * Education: Completed or incomplete degree * Computer software proficiency * Office: MS PowerPoint proficiency required * Excel: Intermediate level mandatory; Advanced level preferred * Word: Intermediate level ***We Offer:*** * Monthly gross salary of MXN 14,000 * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 – 5:00 (availability required) * **Work Location: Highway #5000, Monclova, Escobedo, N.L.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
