**Salary**: From $16,000 to $18,000 net. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Coordinator. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Residence near the international airport. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, document management, termination settlements, and digital archiving. * Promote awareness of and monitor compliance with internal policies (Internal Work Regulations, Onboarding Manual, Culture and Conduct Policies). * Establish a clear organizational structure with defined roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines. * Ensure compliance with labor obligations (STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Administer or supervise monthly payroll, employee hiring/termination, medical leaves, benefits, and payroll CFDIs. * Maintain up-to-date and secure digital personnel files for all employees. * Diagnose workplace climate and implement actions to strengthen communication, sense of belonging, and well-being. * Design and promote cultural rituals (recognition programs, team meetings, values-in-action initiatives). * Identify staffing needs in coordination with department heads and support agile, effective selection processes. * Collaborate in defining job scorecards, competencies, and performance expectations. * Propose and execute basic technical training and development initiatives. * Implement basic HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, initial satisfaction. **Knowledge:** * Recruitment and personnel selection. * Onboarding and company induction. * Payroll administration and incident management. * Personnel training and development. * Knowledge of applicable labor regulations. * Communication and workplace climate management. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Customer service attitude toward internal and external clients. * Change and results management.
