**Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and monitor maritime customs traffic operations, ensuring compliance with timelines, procedures, and current regulations, as well as providing appropriate customer service and effective management of assigned personnel. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maritime customs traffic. * Knowledge of operational workflows in maritime customs and port terminals. * Proficiency in customs documentation (Bill of Lading, customs entries, pre-clearance documents, inspections, etc.). * Intermediate/conversational English (50%). * Experience managing operational staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel preferred). * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the maritime customs traffic department. * Assign and track appointments at terminals and customs offices. * Supervise assigned personnel and review weekly attendance reports. * Notify and monitor the entry and exit of shipments during customs inspections and pre-clearance. * Coordinate cargo inspections and operational processes. * Provide support and follow-up on customer inquiries regarding shipment status. * Ensure compliance with procedures, timelines, and customs regulations. * Maintain constant communication with internal departments, authorities, and terminals. * Report operational incidents and propose corrective actions.
