Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage containers, review documentation, coordinate deliveries, and maintain updated status records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and track containers 2. Coordinate and control the delivery of documentation 3. Keep transportation systems and directories up to date We are looking for a\_ **Logistics Analyst (Empty Container Analyst).**\_ ***Education:*** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Customs, Logistics, or related field. **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in similar positions **Responsibilities:** * Identify containers unloaded the previous day. * Check EIR availability (advance and same-day) on websites. * Track pending containers requiring completion. * Monitor delays in EIR delivery. * Send emails to confirm container unloading. * Request transportation delivery. * Track delays in document delivery. * Request acknowledgment of receipt from transportation providers and/or customers. * Keep the transportation directory and legal entity names up to date. * Confirm with AA the physical delivery of the EIR by the transportation provider. * Verify that EIR documents shared in the system are correct. * Download EIRs from yard websites. * Request reprints of full and empty EIRs when required. * Control and record received EIRs (physical, digital, or via transportation). * Update the system according to container status. * Record EIR delivery errors. * Notify and record credit balances. ***We Offer:*** * **Statutory Benefits** * **After the third month**: Grocery vouchers and Life Insurance. * **Monthly Salary**: $11,000 net * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life Insurance Work Location: On-site employment
