Position Summary: We are seeking a General Manager with experience in logistics and warehousing to lead the branch, supervise operations, and ensure achievement of strategic and financial objectives. Strategic development and administrative control General Manager Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Trade Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years as General Manager in logistics, warehousing, and handling companies Knowledge: INTERCOMS 2\. Office Packaging 3\. ERP, 4\. Basic accounting and finance, 5\. Legal and regulatory aspects of the sector, 6\. Budgeting Competencies: Problem analysis, administrative control, results-oriented approach, organization, strategic thinking, innovative thinking, openness to change, decision-making. Age: 38\-45 years Responsibilities: Determine the organizational structure of the branch. Identify and monitor the needs of internal and external branch customers. Identify branch needs to establish an action plan. Control and authorize active supplies at the terminal for proper performance of activities. Supervise the budget for each fiscal year across different departments. Acquisition and follow-up of potential customers. Monitoring and adherence to branch policies and procedures. Negotiate rates and services with handlers and suppliers. Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planning for warehousing, handling operations, and maintenance. Follow-up and supervision of maintenance programs within the terminal. Plan and notify updates of rates to handlers and external suppliers. Follow-up and supervision of payments for services and products. Follow-up on requirements for services and products. Supervise operational performance through on-site inspections. Follow-up on the implementation plan of the environmental management system, including RXD, ensuring compliance with requirements. Report statistical reviews for budget compliance.
