Opportunity to work with various printer brands **PRINTER TECHNICIAN** **Requirements** · Technical degree in systems, electronics, or related field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. · Knowledge of printers. · Familiarity with at least one of the following brands: Harp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Customer service and attention skills. **Responsibilities** · Handle assigned tickets on-site or in the field (including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting; delivery of spare parts and consumables; remote troubleshooting; telephone-based technical advice; equipment rehabilitation; diagnostics; etc.). · Track and close assigned tickets in the Help Desk system. · Maintain order and organization in report documentation. · Submit reports requested by the department head. · When working on-site (at government or private institutions), comply with internal rules and programs. · Maintain primary communication with the Help Desk coordinator and direct supervisor. **We Offer:** * $14,000 monthly * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits **Additional Benefits:** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance **Work Location:** Manzanillo, Col. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
