Since our inception in 2022, we have worked to provide customized solutions to our customers in Manzanillo, supported by a global network present in more than 29 countries within the logistics, maritime-port, and port facility construction sectors. **Job Description** At **TEP**, we are seeking our next **Logistics Advisor**, a proactive, organized individual with a strong focus on customer service. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations in transportation and storage services, guaranteeing fulfillment of commercial commitments with our clients and achieving operational quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Review and understand the handover document for each new business issued by the sales department. * Schedule services with internal and external providers (local and long-distance transportation, warehouses/terminals). * Manage and close service orders within no more than 24 hours after completion. * Continuously monitor the status of services with internal and external providers. * Update and validate customer rate databases for both transportation and warehousing. * Maintain continuous contact with clients and actively follow up on service status. * Keep statistical records of service performance. **Requirements** * Technical degree or Bachelor's in International Trade, Logistics, Administration, Business, or related field. * 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, operations, or commercial support (experience in logistics or transportation service companies is desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Skills** * Experience with logistics management platforms and CRM systems. * Intermediate level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and invoicing documents. * Strong writing and spelling abilities. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month (depending on experience). * **Benefits exceeding legal requirements.** * **Opportunities for growth and continuous training.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Gym membership discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Paternity leave exceeding legal requirements * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * On-site cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site
