Apply today to contribute to innovative testing solutions and enhance product excellence. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain a Master Test Plan covering all testing aspects including hardware and interfaces * Collaborate with Program Management to define test timelines, resource needs, and communicate status and risks * Standardize templates for test cases, scripts, reviews, and bug reports; define and track KPIs and quality metrics * Determine test levels and types; review test cases for alignment with requirements; set test strategy with Product Managers and Engineering Leads * Ensure traceability by mapping test cases to requirements * Identify and coordinate test environments, data, stubs, simulators, and integration points; work with DevOps to maintain test environments * Define release decision frameworks including quality gates, defect thresholds, performance, and security criteria * Analyze test results and defect trends to drive continuous improvement * Lead a cross\-functional QA team, ensuring training in test plans, strategies, and automation and foster a quality\-driven culture * Integrate GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and GenAI for automated QA workflows and test generation * Set up and configure Xray in Jira and organize test repositories and workflows * Oversee automated test integration into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and real\-time reporting * Guide the selection and adoption of automation tools such as Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, and Pact * Maintain Jira/Xray dashboards to monitor test progress, environment readiness, and execution metrics * Automate test execution in Azure DevOps CI/CD with integrated reporting and alerts **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of test management experience, including development of Master Test Plans and automation strategies * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies for functional and non\-functional testing * Hands\-on experience with automation frameworks and tools, including Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, Pact, k6, Docker Compose/TestContainers, and LocalStack * Experience with Jira, Xray, and CI/CD pipelines particularly Azure DevOps * Leadership experience in mentoring QA and Automation teams, promoting a quality\-first culture * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience in defining and tracking KPIs and quality metrics * Familiarity with DevOps practices and environment provisioning * Strong analytical skills for defect and process improvement * Experience integrating AI\-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot into QA workflows * English language proficiency at B2 level (Upper\-Intermediate) **Nice to have** * Experience with large language models (LLMs), GenAI, and prompt engineering * AI\-driven test generation and coverage optimization techniques * Experience in hardware and external interface testing * Knowledge of test data management, stubs, simulators, and integration * Experience with security and performance testing tools such as k6 and Grafana
