Respond to end-user technical support calls regarding computers and software applications. 2\. Handle requests for configuration of computer peripheral devices 3\. Configure landline telephones at the main office 4\. Provide support and guidance on mobile phone usage 5\. Receive equipment and deactivate accounts upon employee departure from the company 6\. Configure backups on user equipment 7\.
