




We are currently looking for an Operational Supervisor in the Private Security field, with experience managing high-turnover teams, overseeing more than 200 people, experience in Asset Protection Security, accustomed to working under pressure and results-driven environments. The ideal candidate must have full-time availability, experience in service companies and problem resolution, minimum of 2 years of academic and professional experience in the security sector, used to regularly reporting to superiors, excellent verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, both internally and externally. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of making decisions, managing personnel, improving workplace climate, receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are effectively carried out. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, creating strategies for risk reduction. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, promptly responding to security breaches or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security staff on protocols and emergency response plans. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and security violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervisory role, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. * Previous experience in police, military, or private security fields will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check. * Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
