Opportunity for continuous development and learning A leading company in the logistics sector is looking to hire an **Appointment and Shipment Scheduler**, and if you have experience in this field, are dynamic, and wish to develop your skills and deepen your knowledge of this expansive environment, we recommend applying. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Review of files for release, customs declarations (pedimentos), and Bills of Lading (BLs) (where applicable). * Review of complete files and scanning of documentation for terminal processing. * Knowledge of appointment scheduling across various terminals. * Customs declarations (pedimentos) and submission of documents for cargo payment. * BL revalidation for payment purposes. * Review of mechanical procedures for correct classification. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
