Job Summary: Delivery driver in Manzanillo to ensure safe and timely deliveries, handling documentation, cash collection, and maintaining the assigned vehicle. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in delivery or courier services. 2. Respectful and friendly attitude toward customers, proactive and honest. 3. Familiarity with the delivery area and vehicle operation (motorcycle). **Job Objective** Provide merchandise delivery services within the Manzanillo metropolitan area, meeting Autopartes San Diego’s established standards for timeliness, safety, and customer service. **Main Responsibilities** ● Clean the assigned area prior to starting work. ● Inspect the assigned vehicle (fluid levels, tires, fuel). ● Review delivery tickets or credit slips to verify accuracy. ● Verify the logbook completed by the cashier to monitor destination and activities—deliveries, cash collections, or signature receipts, etc. ● If necessary, record the following in the logbook: ● Name of the delivery driver ● Name of the workshop or customer ● Sales folio number ● Amount due for collection ● Follow the route for targeted cash collection as directed by the Credit and Collections Officer. ● Collect merchandise from various auto parts suppliers; deliver invoices to the responsible person for system entry. ● Deposit checks at designated banks and make payments to various institutions. **Knowledge and Tools** ● Knowledge of the delivery area and alternate routes. ● Operation of delivery vehicles (motorcycle). ● Use of GPS and mapping applications. ● Delivery and pickup of merchandise. ● Basic handling of delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, payment receipts). ● Safe loading and unloading of auto parts. **Ideal Candidate Profile** ● Completed secondary education; incomplete or completed high school. ● Desirable experience of 6 months to 1 year as a delivery driver, courier, or driver. ● Valid driver’s license (motorcycle). ● Knowledge of traffic regulations. ● Record of responsible driving. **Key Competencies** ● Respectful and friendly attitude toward customers. ● Proactive ● Honest Teamwork Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms License/Certification: * Motorcycle license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
