Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized intern for our Juárez plant, with knowledge of systems or software, to optimize HSE digitalization processes. Key Highlights: 1. HSE Digitalization Process Optimization 2. Implementation of Improvements and Audit Support 3. HSE Dissemination and Communication Deployment Intern for Juárez Plant 2 Active students (with one year or more remaining until graduation) pursuing a degree in Systems or Software Engineering. Knowledge and Skills Intermediate English Proactivity, responsibility, self-motivation, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Power BI (mandatory) Software implementation experience (mandatory) Data organization and analysis capabilities (mandatory) Knowledge of web page development, dashboard design, and data engineering SQL queries (data filtering) and JavaScript Familiarity with analytical methodologies, basic knowledge of industrial safety regulations, and interpretation of STPS standards Primary Duties and Responsibilities Identify, consolidate, and manage HSE digitalization processes Interact with suppliers, operators, leaders, and managers Deploy HSE dissemination and communication initiatives Conduct plant walkthroughs for waste management identification and follow-up Implement improvements, conduct plant audits, and support inspections ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs, and experiences.
