




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual to support the administrative and operational management of import and export customs processes, ensuring legal compliance and efficient coordination. Option for Indefinite-Term Employment Contract Candidate for the Customs Department in Juárez and El Paso: proactive (or), responsible, with a strong sense of accountability. Objective: To support the administrative and operational management of import and export customs processes, ensuring compliance with current customs legislation, proper documentation integration, and efficient coordination with customs brokers, carriers, and relevant authorities. Main Responsibilities: * Customs Entry Forms (Pedimentos). * Commercial Invoices. * Bill of Lading (Cartas Portes). * Packing Lists. * COVEs and Related Documents. * Follow up on customs clearance operations. * Maintain communication with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers. * Enter and update information in systems or platforms. * Verify compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Prepare internal administrative control reports. * Identify documentary inconsistencies and report them promptly. * Support internal audits and compliance reviews. * Adhere to security, confidentiality, and document control policies. Education: Technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or incomplete degree in: * International Trade. * International Business. * Logistics. * Administration. * International Relations or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years. Customs Processes Imports and Exports International Logistics Handling of Customs Documentation. Requirement: English proficiency: 80%.
