We are looking for our new **OCCUPATIONAL NURSE FOR A METALLURGICAL COMPANY** **TEMPORARY** **What experience, skills, and knowledge are required?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid license and diploma (Mandatory) * Minimum required experience: 1 year * Availability to cover requested shifts **Skills:** * Problem analysis and resolution * Adherence to standards and procedures * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset * Service orientation * Teamwork * Decision-making ability * Time management **Knowledge:** * Support planning and implementation of prevention campaigns (presentations, handouts, posters, announcements). * Provide medical consultations and care to site personnel. * Record medical service activities in established logs. * Respond to medical emergencies. * Monitor the medical examination program (pre-employment, periodic, special, and exit exams). * Generate evidence of compliance with applicable regulations. * Generate evidence of compliance for applicable audits. * Prepare and submit performance indicators within the stipulated timeframe. * Monitor compliance with specific occupational health programs according to reported risks. * Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of medical surveillance programs. * Register and monitor chronic cases, prolonged disabilities, and occupational risks. * Complete assigned training programs. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Comply with the Mexican Official Standard NOM\-030\-STPS\-2009\. * Maintain records, reports, forms, communications, and provide occupational health advisory services. * Participate in safety and hygiene activities to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. * Monitor implementation and compliance of sanitary emergency response plans. Track and manage occupationally exposed personnel. * Develop, implement, and monitor medical surveillance programs. * Manage and administer the medical clinic (medication and supply inventories, furniture and equipment, Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (BIHW), logs). * Manage clinical records in accordance with the Mexican Official Standard NOM\-004\-SSA3\-2012, Clinical Records. * Conduct and interpret medical examinations for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness-for-duty recommendations. * Issue permits for high-risk tasks. * Implement and monitor the wellness program. **What do we offer and why join us?** * Gross monthly salary: $13,260\.00 MXN * Statutory benefits from Day 1 \+ Life insurance * Effective, curriculum-valued training programs for you. * Discount and health benefits membership for you and up to 10 additional beneficiaries **What shift will you work?** * Monday to Friday, 3:45 PM to 12:45 AM **Where will you work?** * Las Américas Industrial Complex, 31114 Chihuahua, Chih.
