




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, administering, and training security personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and proper operation of security equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and administration of security personnel. 2. Management of the operation and maintenance of security equipment. 3. Development of plant-based prevention and security programs. • Maintain up-to-date and promote compliance with Plant Security and Corporate Safety and Hygiene standards, policies, and procedures • Responsible for supervision and administration of security guards • Responsible for training security guards. • Responsible for ensuring proper operation of installed security equipment • Responsible for monthly backups of access logs and CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television). • Maintain statistical records of monthly receipts and shipments • Maintain TAPA standards if required by the branch, in coordination with the Security Supervisor • Conduct and/or assist in special investigations related to reported internal incidents at the plant • Identify and analyze the modus operandi used by the incident perpetrator and develop tactics to prevent recurrence of the same situation across the entire plant • Responsible for coordinating emergency response, brigade, and asset theft training for employees. • Maintain a specific plan for invoice payments and cost-reduction strategies for security guard services and security equipment maintenance. • Collaborate with the Security Supervisor to develop plant loss prevention and security programs, and report preventive actions regarding assaults, collisions, accidents, etc. • Develop, implement, and monitor—jointly with the Mexico Security Supervisor—all safety and hygiene activities required by customers and municipal, state, and federal authorities. • May coordinate cleaning and maintenance service activities • Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. • Carry out any newly assigned tasks and/or projects. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent - Technical/Professional Education 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 35 years Knowledge: Regulatory compliance/adherence, CCTV, Procedures, Comprehensive Security, Private Security, Supervision, Security Supervision Keywords: resident, in-charge, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, escort, guard, surveillance officer, watchman, guard, surveillance
