We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work at the airport. Requirements: * Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Office software suites * Knowledge of networks and servers * Experience with Help Desk operations * Knowledge of cloning software * Customer service skills * Peripheral device handling Responsibilities: * Technical support for printers, scanners, and workstations * Answering user calls * Incident management for facility users * Handling requests via the Ticket Desk system * Implementation of a data backup and archiving system * Network connectivity checks * Verification of the status of devices covered under the service scope * Modifying user roles and creating the roles/responsibilities matrix.
