Additionally, they identify complex design problems, perform root cause failure analysis, and anticipate potential production issues.**Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------- * Drive electronic design and engineering; design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, or integrated circuits for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. * Strong electronic board assembly testing skills. * Good troubleshooting skills for electronic assemblies. * Advanced expertise in high-side and low-side driver circuits, filtering circuits, and electronic power supplies. * Participate in new product introductions through electronic design of new equipment. * Provide technical support (preferably electrical, mechanical, and software). * Strong PCB layout design skills. * Establish safe processes compliant with all local and federal regulations. Ensure corrective actions are taken to resolve observed safety concerns across all areas. * Create specifications. **Quality Expectations:** ---------------------------- Complete all scheduled Quality and Compliance training within defined timelines.
