Position Summary: ADM, a leader in animal nutrition, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery 2. Knowledge in mechanics, electricity (control and power), PLCs, and pneumatics 3. Competencies in teamwork, conflict resolution, and decision-making **ADM, A LEADING COMPANY IN ANIMAL NUTRITION FEED WITH OVER 60 YEARS IN THE MARKET, IS SEEKING** **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **EDUCATION:** Mechanical-Electrical Technician and/or Electromechanical Engineer (for extrusion tower or automated processes) **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years in a similar position **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities according to each area’s requirements at the plant, timely and accurately, to meet the quality and efficiency standards established by the Company. * Mechanics * Electricity (Control and Power) * Electrical control * Basic pneumatics * Elevator mechanics * Use of measuring instruments (multimeter, vernier caliper, tape measure, pressure gauge) * Proactive attitude and sense of urgency * PLC Basic English * **INSTITUTIONAL COMPETENCIES** Teamwork Working under pressure Guided thinking Flexible thinking and adaptability to change Leadership Conflict resolution Decision-making Customer service orientation **TOOLS USED** Industrial machinery (drill, polisher, multimeter, mechanical tools) Welding machine (basic) Computer equipment (Office suite) **WORK LOCATION** Villagrán, Gto
