




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing food following recipes and quality standards, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation according to recipes and guidelines. 2. Maintenance of hygiene and order in the kitchen. 3. Verification of ingredient quality and freshness. Job Objective: Ensure proper food preparation in accordance with recipes, quality standards, hygiene requirements, and established service times, while consistently maintaining a clean and organized work area. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare food according to restaurant recipes, portion sizes, and guidelines. * Perform mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready before each shift. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, workstations, utensils, equipment, and common areas. * Properly wash, disinfect, and store utensils, materials, and supplies. * Verify the quality and freshness of food and ingredients. * Apply hygiene, food handling, and kitchen safety standards. * Assist with inventory, product receiving, and storage. * Meet food preparation and order delivery time requirements. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure efficient and high-quality service. * Report shortages, damages, waste, or any incidents occurring within the kitchen.
