### **Activities** **Production Supervisor** **Celaya, Guanajuato,** **Indefinite-term contract.** At Hutchinson’s Hose Plant, we design and manufacture customized materials and connected solutions to meet the needs of our global automotive industry customers. We are seeking a **Finished Products Production Supervisor** to prepare and enforce production program objectives, fostering continuous improvement through the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the IATF 16949 Quality Management System\. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate shifts and schedule personnel to ensure adherence to the production program. * Validate production reports and verify machinery and equipment operating conditions. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as implementation of quality procedures. * Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. * Supervise 5S implementation, waste segregation, and proper handling of chemical substances. * Apply operational controls associated with the company’s management systems, such as ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949\. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Tools, technical vocational training, or high school diploma. **Technical Skills:** IATF 16949 technical specifications, rubber processing, maintenance, problem solving, automotive certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, VDA). **Experience:** 3 years in a similar role within the automotive industry and personnel management experience. **Soft Skills:** Planning, leadership, decision making, teamwork, communication, accountability, proactivity, organization, discipline, confidentiality.
