An international real estate services firm is seeking: **Project Manager / Electromechanical Engineer.** **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of regulations. **Experience:** 5 years in engineering projects. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. Review of engineering disciplines: Air conditioning, CCTV, HVAC, access control, smoke detection, fire protection systems (PCI), electrical systems, pressurized gases, high-voltage knowledge. Software: Excel. AutoCAD. MS Project **Main Responsibilities:** Act as the representative of management and the client toward contractors and engineering consultants for coordination and proper execution of work. Validation and/or review of project engineering documents (electrical, mechanical, fire protection systems [PCI], air conditioning, stormwater). Validation and interpretation of studies (hydrological, lighting, etc.). Responsible for reporting progress of activities and anticipating deviations and risks. Responsible for project safety compliance and verifying that any scheduled sequential work activity adheres to safety protocols. Responsible for reviewing estimates and approving payments to MEP specialty suppliers. Coordination of engineering interface execution and integration of the executive project. Definition of quality standards and applicable regulations. Review of value engineering documents. Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
