Customer service and monitoring of key performance indicators. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate the training services schedule, ensuring proper logistical planning for each event. * Comprehensively prepare teaching materials for courses, including manuals, assessments, attendance lists, feedback forms, and resources required for delivery (stationery, supplies, and support equipment). * Manage administrative and access requirements for delivering services at client facilities. * Coordinate and issue timely reminders to internal and external instructors, ensuring smooth service execution without disruptions. * Maintain communication with clients through reminders and confirmations of scheduled services. * Collect and validate necessary information for issuing training certificates and credentials. * Prepare, control, and issue participant certificates and credentials. * Compile, archive, and submit complete course files to clients within established timelines. * Maintain an updated record of delivered training services. * Monitor and update key departmental performance indicators, such as: \- File delivery time \- Number of courses delivered \- Instructor evaluations and course satisfaction \- Number of complaints or incidents \- Participant attendance * Provide customer service and follow-up on matters related to training services. * Ensure proper management, safeguarding, and availability of course and instructor files. * Manage registration and updating of courses with the **Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare**, complying with current regulations. **Position Objective** * Guarantee the correct execution of training services, meeting organizational quality standards. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as a training service provider. * Contribute to achieving internal objectives of productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
