Position Summary: Provide excellent customer service and experience in the Café and Gelato area, preparing beverages, ice cream, and desserts to high standards of quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent customer service and attention at the counter and tables. 2. Preparation of coffee, cold and hot beverages, and ice cream service. 3. Maintenance of quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Café and Gelato Assistant – FIXED SHIFT Work Location: Plaza Antea Querétaro Position Objective Provide excellent customer service and experience in the Café and Gelato area by preparing and serving beverages, coffee, ice cream, and desserts while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Main Responsibilities Customer service and attention at the counter and tables. Preparation of coffee, cold and hot beverages. Ice cream service and dispensing. Front-of-house preparation of products. Cleaning and organization of the work area. Review of supplies, expiration dates, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) application. Support in inventory management and goods receipt. Maintain displays and counters in excellent condition. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements Experience in customer service, cafés, ice cream shops, or food and beverage industry (preferred). Enjoy interacting with customers and working as part of a team. Availability to work from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with a weekday day off. Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Must be over 18 years of age. Valid Tax Status Certificate. Birth certificate, CURP, RFC, Social Security Number, and valid INE. Reside near Plaza Antea or have no transportation issues. Desirable Knowledge Basic coffee and beverage preparation. Hygienic handling of food. Basic cash register and bank terminal operation. Expiration date control and FIFO system.
