Guarantee compliance and stability of the security personnel roster. Reduce turnover and efficiently manage coverage. Supervise staff adherence to regulations, policies, and internal procedures. Verify proper implementation of instructions. Ensure each service has the required equipment. Provide customer service and follow-up.
