Productivity bonuses and incentives for achieving objectives. **A leading company in its field specializing in the sale and distribution of pneumatics and automation is seeking:** **Technical Sales Engineer** **Main Responsibilities:** * Specialized technical consultation on pneumatic and automated equipment and instruments. * Customer profiling, commercial prospecting, sales management, and client negotiations. * Technical presentation and demonstration of machinery and services. * Sales follow-up, budget preparation and adjustment, project delivery, and installation supervision. * Scheduling and conducting customer visits, providing consultation and training on equipment and machinery operation. * Reporting on KPI and monthly objective achievement. **Academic Qualifications:** * Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Automation and Control Engineering. **Experience:** * 2 years in technical sales, projects, engineering, and/or maintenance. * Knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and instrumentation equipment. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MOF365 (EXCEL), verifiable. * Experience in service and customer support. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $16,000.00 to $20,000.00 (negotiable) * Productivity bonuses. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers starting from the 7th month. * Incentives for exceeding objectives and surpassing targets. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Opportunity for professional technical growth and development. **Join our team — let us get to know you.**
