(Jurica Area) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Salary and Benefits** * Base salary: $13,000 gross per month * Monthly performance bonus: up to $8,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability and professional development in the industrial sector **Position Objective** Develop, design, and implement projects related to pneumatic and compressed air systems, providing technical support and consultation to industrial customers to ensure efficient and appropriate solutions tailored to their needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and development of pneumatic and compressed air system projects. * Selection and specification of pneumatic equipment. * Preparation of technical proposals for industrial customers. * Technical support to the sales department and customers. * Diagnosis of requirements and optimization of pneumatic systems. * Project follow-up and equipment commissioning. **Requirements** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Experience with pneumatic systems, compressed air systems, or industrial automation. * Knowledge of pneumatic component selection. * Prior experience in industrial projects is preferred. * Basic proficiency in design tools or interpretation of engineering drawings. * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving focus. **Profile** * Proactive * Analytical * Results-oriented * Strong technical communication skills with customers Work Location: On-site employment
