Our products, present across a wide range of domains, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** Lead an engineering team (team leads / engineers) to achieve MFD department objectives. **Qualifications** **Leadership in continuous improvement projects and cost reduction activities related to the MES system and IT infrastructure (MFD1\).** **Administrative management of your team: overtime, vacations, absences, and discipline.** **Manage the Data Science team (MFD4\), as well as define and maintain Data Science KPIs.** **Develop a data-driven culture at the plant: hands-on workshops, reverse mentoring, and training concepts.** * **Responsible for ensuring high availability of MES and Industry 4\.0\. systems.** **Qualifications** * Problem solving * Oracle databases * Manufacturing Execution System (MES) * Cybersecurity * Network security * Industry 4\.0 * Manufacturing Field Data * Accountability * Communication * Customer orientation * Delegation * Execution skills * Advanced English * Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Science
