SCHEDULE AND EXECUTE "PHYSICAL" AND "CYCLIC" INVENTORIES, AS WELL AS THEIR Profile: * Technician or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. * Experience in inventory management. Functions and Responsibilities * SCHEDULES AND CONDUCTS REGULAR INVENTORY VERIFICATION COUNTS TO ENSURE EXACT MATCH BETWEEN PHYSICAL INVENTORY STOCK IN THE WAREHOUSE AND ITS RESPECTIVE DOCUMENTARY OR ELECTRONIC RECORDS. * REPORTS ANY INVENTORY STOCK OR RECORD DISCREPANCIES (PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS, CODES, QUANTITIES, EXPIRATION DATES, BATCH NUMBERS, AND LOCATIONS) TO THE REGIONAL QUALITY MANAGER. * PARTICIPATES IN RECONCILIATION OR INVESTIGATION PROCESSES ASSIGNED BY THE REGIONAL QUALITY MANAGER TO CLARIFY INVENTORY RECORDS (INTERNAL OR WITH CLIENTS). * IDENTIFIES AND REPORTS TO IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR ANY NON-COMPLIANCE WITH FRIALSA'S OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS. * IDENTIFIES AND REPORTS OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPACE OPTIMIZATION IN INVENTORY STORAGE. * IDENTIFIES AND REPORTS ANY DEVIATIONS FROM WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HYGIENE REGULATIONS. * ASSISTS IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPING TEAM MEMBERS, INCLUDING THOSE AIMED AT ENSURING CORRECT IMPLEMENTATION OF MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES OR OTHERS.
