Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise imports, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate foreign trade logistics at Parque Industrial Querétaro. Key Responsibilities: 1. Import supervision and supplier management. 2. Coordination of international payments and IMMEX control. 3. Continuous updates on customs legislation and report preparation. LB PALLETS – Parque Industrial Querétaro * Gender: Unrestricted. * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this position. * English – Advanced. * Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. * Must have personal transportation. Responsibilities * Supervision of imports. * Negotiation and supervision of customs brokers, freight carriers, and other service providers. * Coordination of payments to foreign suppliers. * IMMEX operations control and follow-up. * Responsible for staying updated on changes in customs law. * Preparation of foreign trade reports. * Maintenance of up-to-date departmental procedures. * Registration of imports in VUCEM. * Monitoring of production and procurement plans for domestic and international raw materials. * Coordination of import transportation logistics and inter-plant dispatch (PIQ–Galera). * Coordination with the Purchasing Department for efficient material delivery (supplier selection, budget administration, purchase orders, etc.). Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract. Salary: $24,000.00 – $24,950.04 per month.
