Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
The **Warehouse Administrative Assistant** ensures proper warehouse operations through control, safeguarding, and handling of materials, guaranteeing order, traceability, and compliance with quality and service procedures, meeting KPIs.
**Your Impact**
As a Warehouse Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities would include:
**Warehouse Management**
* Managing safety within the warehouse
* Implementing best operational practices in the warehouse
* Ensuring warehouse operations comply with safety and health protocols
* Coordinating warehouse staffing to ensure operational continuity
* Ensuring application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
* Ensuring timely and accurate execution of cycle counts and inventory rotation
* Managing orders, loading, and delivery of shipments to sales representatives
* Managing key performance indicators: Inventory discrepancies, service level, inventory value, days of inventory, FIFO/freshness management (inventory rotation), Q-return control, shipping discrepancies, load certification
* Managing indirect materials: POP materials, displays, cardboard, pallets
**Sales Support**
* Ensuring on-time and accurate product delivery to sales, per the CEDIS and/or CIP operational process
* Addressing operational issues with sales supervisors
* Ensuring proper assembly and delivery of sales initiatives per the execution guide
**KPIs measured for this role are as follows:**
* Safety:
+ Lost-time accidents
+ OOS – CEDIS
+ Compliance with co-manufacturing requirements
+ Unloading plan compliance
+ Loading plan assembly for sales representatives
+ Cardboard return calendar compliance
* Productivity:
+ Shipping discrepancies
+ Inventory discrepancies
+ Obsolete items
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
* Technical diploma and/or degree in Administration or related field
* Experience using warehouse management systems
* Knowledge of supply chain (logistics, distribution, quality, etc.)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to internal customer service, administrative controls, and warehouse management
* Familiarity with operational, safety, and quality standards to implement best practices in warehouses.
