**MECHANICAL WORKSHOP ASSISTANT** **1\.\- Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma. **Training:** Fanuc control; On-machine programming; Interpretation of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances for mechanical part manufacturing; Setup of cutting tools, parameters, and measuring devices on CNC lathes. **Skills:** Teamwork and ability to work under pressure, interpersonal skills, knowledge of machining processes, fabrication of cutting tools according to specifications, support for production operators, fabrication of gauges. **Experience:** 3 years in the position. **2\.\- Objective:** Carry out the manufacturing or adjustment of tooling, adhering to the quality management system and specifically to the quality policy. **3\.\- Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\- Sharpening and machining of tooling and fixtures. 2\- Maintenance of tooling, clamping devices, and machine components. 3\- Participation in continuous improvement.
