Collaborative and creative work environment Main Responsibilities: Prepare construction permit drawings for residential, commercial, and service buildings. Prepare schematic quantity takeoff and specification drawings. Prepare construction budgets. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture. * Proficiency in ARCHICAD. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction budget preparation. * Proficiency in OPUS or NEODATA. * Intermediate-level proficiency in ARCHICAD. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of construction execution. * Skill, speed, and precision in using these software tools. Requirement: * Personal vehicle.
