Position Summary: Grupo FAME is seeking a Yard Supervisor for an automotive dealership, responsible for logistics, delivery coordination, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Manages logistics and vehicle delivery at an automotive dealership 2. Coordinates deliveries and ensures customer satisfaction 3. Participates in continuous improvement of the customer experience **Grupo FAME is seeking:** **YARD SUPERVISOR FOR AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP** **Requirements:** * 25 years of age or older. * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Office software. * Inventory management experience. * Prior experience in vehicle delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Track logistics related to vehicle transportation. * Coordinate the delivery process for repaired or maintenance-completed vehicles. * Maintain a scheduling and delivery confirmation log tool. * Verify each item listed in the delivery process checklist. * Ensure the vehicle is at the final step before enrollment into the Owner Center. * Contact the customer prior to delivery to confirm timing and ensure satisfaction. * Report any incidents or discrepancies identified to the After-Sales Manager. * Keep daily delivery records and average service time metrics up to date. * Participate in continuous improvement activities for customer experience. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS coverage * Direct employment with the company * Career development opportunities within the Group Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
