Our location is at Parque Industrial El Marqués. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2 to 3 years of experience in Training / HRBP. * Driver's license or standard driving ability (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize integration events. * Create content for social media. * Manage various programs. * Develop safety and hygiene plans and programs. **Benefits:** * Weekly salary payment. * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * Trust bonus. * Life insurance. * 10% savings fund. * Company-provided mobile phone. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one Saturday shift every two months.
