Opportunity for operational improvement and interdepartmental collaboration **Company Description** A company dedicated to providing audiovisual solutions to our clients in all formats, plus voice/data/audio/sites services. **Job Description** We are seeking personnel with technical service expertise, with a particular focus on: * **Ticket Management:** Tracking and closing IT support requests. * **Content Scheduling:** Managing content scheduling on relevant platforms. * **Support Solutions:** Providing remote assistance or coordinating on-site service appointments. * **Procurement of Supplies:** Quoting and purchasing materials required for proper operation of equipment installed at client sites and/or offices. * **Technical Site Survey:** Assessing client equipment requirements across various locations. * **Equipment Procurement:** Researching, verifying, and comparing equipment for installation projects. * **Installation and Maintenance:** Assembling, configuring, repairing, and installing electronic equipment—including TV and radio equipment—as well as other equipment necessary to deliver services to the company’s clients. * **Monitoring and Maintenance:** Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting operational equipment. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Updating and documenting performed services and incident analysis. * **Operational Improvements:** Developing plans to reduce incidents and improve system performance. * **Interdepartmental Support:** Collaborating on activities of other departments as required. Flexible working hours and willingness to travel; must be able to drive manual/standard transmission vehicles and hold a valid driver’s license.
