Problem-solving ability and capacity to implement improvements **Well-Established Graphic Arts Company** Seeking an **Offset Printing Supervisor** **Requirements:** MINIMUM TWO YEARS OF PROVEN SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN OFFSET PRINTING ON HEIDELBERG MACHINES Age: 25 to 45 years preferred High school diploma completed Gender: Unrestricted Proficiency in Excel Personnel management experience Familiarity with measurement instruments (densitometer, alcoholmeter, pH meter, micrometer) **Responsibilities:** Supervision of printing processes and quality assurance for jobs Monitoring of operational issues and mechanical failures Granting on-machine approval (TONES, REGISTRATION, IMPOSITION, ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO PLOTER, CORRECT SUPPLIES) Implementing continuous improvements Problem-solving capability Personnel incident management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
