Teamwork and service-oriented attitude **Join the savings family!** **Position Objective:** Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in offices and branches, ensuring proper operation of facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform basic general maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing). * Assist with minor repairs, installations, and patching. * Carry out cleaning tasks in indoor and outdoor areas. * Inspect facility conditions and report malfunctions. * Move and repair furniture as required. * Support urgent or unexpected situations. * Maintain basic control of tools and materials. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic electricity (replacing light fixtures and outlets). * Basic plumbing (leak repairs, toilets, faucets). * Simple carpentry and finishing work. * General painting. * Gardening and outdoor area cleaning. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (technical program) * Experience in general maintenance (preferred). * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. * Availability to travel to various TEHUACAN branches.
