A bakery and food company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, ensure process compliance, and strengthen talent management across all branches. We seek an experienced, leadership-oriented, and people-focused individual capable of maintaining organization, motivation, and compliance within each team. Responsibilities Coordinate personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes. Supervise attendance tracking, incident management, and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with labor obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, etc.). Implement HR policies and procedures across all branches. Promote a positive work environment and internal communication. Support General Management in personnel performance planning and evaluation, as well as training programs. Manage HR documentation and files in an orderly and confidential manner. Report results and propose improvements to General Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. General HR experience. Team leadership experience. Strategic experience. Desirable Experience Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. Experience in HR department development, reorganization, or expansion. Experience leading teams of people, including across multiple branches.
