VACANCY: MONITORING CENTER OPERATOR Department: Asset Security Company: Grupo Audace Job Objective Monitor transportation routes via GPS platforms to ensure compliance with security protocols, timely emergency response and follow-up, thereby preventing asset loss and protecting organizational vehicles. Main Responsibilities Monitor company transportation routes in real time. Verify proper operation of GPS devices, panic buttons, and engine cutoff systems. Conduct pre-departure safety checklists for vehicles. Detect anomalies during trips or prior to vehicle departure. Apply response protocols for risk or emergency situations. Log incidents, prepare reports, and update logs. Keep Logistics and Shipping departments informed of vehicle status. Follow up on events until closure per established procedures. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferred). Experience: At least 1 year of experience in transportation monitoring, asset security, or satellite tracking (preferred).
