Opportunities for professional development in the tourism and hospitality sector **X Y PER SA DE CV is seeking a Quality Assistant in Solidaridad, Quintana Roo** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- You are invited to join our quality team as a **Process Assistant**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation and supervision of quality processes within the hotel. * Conduct internal audits and prepare reports to ensure compliance with established standards. * Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve services and guest satisfaction. * Maintain up-to-date records of incidents and corrective actions. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Minimum two years of prior experience as a quality assistant or in a similar role in hospitality or tourism. * Knowledge of auditing, quality standards, and process improvement. * Availability to work onsite in Solidaridad, Quintana Roo. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly salary of $10,000 to $12,000 net. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Dynamic work environment and ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional development in the tourism and hospitality sector.
