At EDUCEM, we are seeking: **Admissions Coordinator (Sales)** FUNCTIONS: * Hiring of Work Team (Promoters). * Training of Work Team. * Supervising Staff. * Action Plans for Promotion. * Marketing Strategies. * Preparing Sales Forecasts. * Identifying and Selecting Additional Distribution and Sales Channels. * Researching, Suggesting, and Developing Promotional Plans. * Analyzing and Organizing Timing and Movement Across Sales Routes and Zones. * Market Analysis. * Fieldwork. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Proficiency in school admissions processes and commercial techniques. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills. * Knowledge of the national education system and its particularities. * Ability to plan and execute enrollment strategies. * Proficiency in basic technological tools (educational CRM, spreadsheets, presentations). * Organization, leadership, and monitoring of key performance indicators. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree. * Experience: 1 year in a similar position.
