Job Summary: Coordinate and track orders, manage labels, and support logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and provide continuous feedback to commercial teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order coordination and tracking. 2. Label and packing list generation. 3. Constant communication with commercial departments. OBJECTIVE Maintain control and tracking of orders shipped via courier services, based on the shipping provider’s system as stipulated in the procedure, to ensure delivery confirmation and generate labels for all orders requiring them. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare shipping labels for each generated order and product labels for orders that require them. * Submit the daily manifest listing orders shipped the previous day. * Generate the *packing list* for each export order in the SAP system. * Send status updates of delivery acknowledgments for local and foreign shipments. * Provide continuous feedback to the commercial department and accounts receivable. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of billing processes. * Customer service experience. * Flexible availability (shift rotation and willingness to travel). * Ability to work under pressure. * Assistance with loading and unloading. * Basic knowledge of SAP.
