Timely recording of accounts receivable **Position Objective** Perform billing and collections for services provided to customers. **Job Responsibilities** · Daily billing in accordance with established procedures. · Prevent weekly invoice closings by coordinating with relevant departments. · Generate invoices for submission to customers for review and payment. · Review customer accounts receivable to collect payments according to quotation terms and deadlines. · Timely entry of accounts receivable into the system. · Preparation of freight bills. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Experience in preparing freight bills for transportation Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
