Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.***Site Reliability Engineer Experience:*** **Modality**: fulltime **Location**: remote in Mexico (any state) 4\-6 years of professional experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related software engineering role with a focus on operations. **Coding \& Automation**: Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python strongly preferred) for the purpose of automation and tool development. **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Deep, hands\-on expertise with Terraform for building and managing complex cloud environments. **CI/CD:** Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines from the ground up using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar. **SRE Principles:** A strong, practical understanding of core SRE concepts, including SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, toil reduction, and blameless culture. **Monitoring \& Alerting**: Extensive experience with modern observability platforms (New Relic preferred) and incident management tools (PagerDuty preferred). **Source Control:** Expertise in Git\-based source control and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub). **Problem\-Solving:** Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex troubleshooting efforts under pressure." \#LI\_MEX Here at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
