




Position Summary: Implement and optimize pharmaceutical product and packaging material conditioning processes, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Reviews and defines technical packaging aspects for assigned projects. 2. Provides technical support in investigations of packaging non-conformities. 3. Maintains and creates technical drawings for printed packaging materials. **The Position** --------------- Implement and optimize conditioning processes for Human Pharma and Animal Health pharmaceutical products manufactured locally, as well as associated packaging materials, in alignment with applicable local and international regulations and in compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** ------------------------------ * Reviews, evaluates, and defines technical aspects of packaging processes related to assigned projects, generating feasibility studies and risk analyses to establish the optimal implementation strategy. * Issues required packaging documentation and executes it in accordance with local and corporate guidelines for evaluations, process transfers, and optimizations of conditioning and packaging materials. * Issues and updates required packaging documentation for submissions to national and international regulatory authorities, ensuring maintenance or acquisition of sanitary authorizations. * Creates and maintains technical drawings (TDs) for printed packaging materials, tracking assigned workflows to ensure business continuity and compliance with performance indicators. * Provides necessary technical support for investigations of non-conformities attributed to conditioning processes and/or packaging materials at production plants, to ensure continuity of conditioning processes. * Executes and closes assigned activities within quality management systems (change controls, CAPAs, deviations) to meet local and corporate KPIs and maintain applicable regulatory compliance. Requests necessary codes for packaging materials and develops technical specifications for packaging of products manufactured at Boehringer Ingelheim Promeco, ensuring continuity of site production processes. * **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory** --------------- * Professionals holding a degree and professional license in Pharmacy Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position or in the conditioning area within the pharmaceutical sector. * Technical knowledge in: Implementing robust conditioning processes in transfer and new pharmaceutical product launch projects; optimizing conditioning processes for established products; supporting problem resolution; and developing packaging materials (primary, secondary, and tertiary).
