Java Developer Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.). **Mandatory**: Intermediate to advanced English (conversational) At least 3–4 years of experience as a Java Developer, including database administration, code versioning, unit testing, problem resolution, and technical documentation writing. * Prior experience in building, maintaining, testing, and debugging the entire backend of an application or preferably a payment system. * Experience in algorithmic solutions * Experience in data structures * Experience with version control systems (GIT) * Knowledge of architecture definition * Ability to read and define diagrams * Adoption of agile practices, with capability to work independently and as part of an agile team. * Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * Experience integrating data and applications. * Business logic implementation: translating business requirements into code and functionality * Ability to optimize application and task execution times.
